Tom Moore, MBA
Founder / Senior Consultant
Tom is a facilitator, executive coach and trainer with over 25 years of experience. He lives in the Pacific Northwest and brings a welcoming, interactive, and fun style to engage leaders, teams and staff.
Tom has designed and facilitated sessions in support of leadership and team development, strategic planning, transformational change, design workshops, and change management. His experience across various industries and sectors helps to bring common language and familiarity across many domains. He practices an appreciative approach to surface the experiences and knowledge of others in a way that cultivates a rich learning environment. Tom's passion is to unleash the potential of individuals and teams to help them achieve their goals.

Jeana Kats
Sr. Consultant
Jeana came into leadership consulting and coaching after spending 25 years in progressively larger and more complex human resources, diversity and inclusion, organizational and leadership development, and change and transition management roles.
Jeana is known for facilitating expanding leadership capacity, capability, and sense of choice. When you work with Jeana, you’ll find her to be approachable, an exquisite listener and facilitator, someone who can quickly contextualize issues, and someone who brings both backbone and heart to any topic.
Jeana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations, a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is ICF-certified with more than 700 hours of completed coaching. She holds a diversity/equity/inclusion/belonging certification from Stanford University and an advanced certification as a neuroscience-informed coach from BeAbove Leadership. She is certified in around a dozen leadership, team, and organization assessments.
Kelly Johnston
Sr. Consultant
Kelly is a trusted advisor for senior leaders in multiple sectors and her experience ranges from executive coaching and leadership development to large-scale change initiatives focusing on strategic initiatives and organizational culture.
She facilitates change from the inside out (individual to organization), helping clients build the foundation they need to sustain high performance over several years. Kelly believes transformation emerges in moments of high complexity and ambiguity and thrives in helping clients develop clarity in those moments. She is experienced in group/team facilitation for complex issues and challenges, helping the group achieve clarity and alignment in order to move forward productively.
Kelly holds a master’s in science of organizational development, with coursework combined from both MBA and graduate Psychology programs. She also spent five years leading team development as an experiential educator – she considers this her “lab” experience with more than 500 groups a year in her program. Kelly holds several certifications, including Prosci Change Management, Design Sprint Facilitation and the Executive Coaching 360 by Design Assessment.
